Our supported living program enables individuals to live in their own homes or apartments and to be as independent as possible.
Individuals in our supported living program live in a variety of community settings that include subsidized apartments and their own homes. Support can vary depending on needs and abilities of each individual. Support is provided one to one and can be anything from an hour a week to 30 hours a week. Support services include training in all areas of daily living, coordination of medical and dental services, budgeting, crisis intervention, Errands such as grocery shopping and pharmacy, transportation etc. We encourage individuals to become involved in their communities by accessing adult education, volunteer opportunities, and public transportation, religious, recreational, and social activities.
